To bring all the welfare associations into a

single fold and to strengthen the

negotiating power of the “SC/ST WELFARE

ORGANIZATION” to interact with all the

concerned regulating bodies including

Ministry of Social Justice and

Empowerment, Government of India and

its constituted commissions like the

National Commission for Scheduled

castes, National Commission for

Scheduled Tribes, National Human Rights

Commission etc, along with all its

Functionaries at both Centre, all States

and Union Territories functioning all over

India.
